Very poor staff, racist and made me and other people uncomfortable by the rude looks. We moved 2 chairs from our table ( most of the tables were actually empty, even the biggest one), and I was told by the manager it’s not ok, but for other people doing this was ok and nothing was told. Both receptionist treat us poorly. Made my little child birthday tensioned. This place was recommended by my friend , like it at first. Never coming again, all because of the staff.

Nice location, very poor staff! I arrived there with my son there were no tables I stayed 1 hour on my feet and when one table was free and I wanted to order food then I was told I couldn't as my time would be up in 20 minutes I asked if I could just order and sit at the table, as there people from the party was starting to leave the place and was more emply tables, again was told no. I'm going for 2 years in another pub Wacky Warehouse in NN4 Lakeside, they have great staff who are very nice! Would like to come again but the staff need proper customer service training! They ruined our day!

The place itself is not bad, great space for kids to play and run around. However it could do with a bit of deep cleaning, felt rather filthy. Also the customer service could do with improvement. Felt like the girl on duty really couldn't be bothered, ignored customers until called over + no hand hygiene before preparing food and drinks. I don't think we will be going there again.

Really nice couple of hours spent here tiring out my 2 year old twins. They had a brilliant time playing, and I felt relaxed due to how secure the play area felt. The lady on duty (I think her name was Kim) was very pleasant and working hard on her own. I am always looking for places I feel confident taking my toddlers to by myself, and will definitely be bringing them back here.

Came here over the half term first thing in the morning pretty quiet. Easy to get to and while there is paid parking in the front of the building you can enter your registration at the desk so is technically free don't get conned into downloading the app and paying. The facilities are good with disabled access. So the story is while playing one of my little ones had a toilet accident which meant we had to leave early, not only were they helpful but the attendant at the time Kim was super helpful and gave us some free passes for the next trip because we were like 20 mins in before the play was interrupted.

My six yr old loved it. I saw every dining table including the out of use due to covid so there was double at least kids. I didn’t see any cleaning or tiding. No windows no ventilation.
