   First time at this soft play with my grandson, staff all very pleasant especially one very friendly young lady. Great facilities and play areas for different ages, even when larger children went in smaller areas staff were quick and efficient to deal with it. A free coffee and biscuit on arrival Definitely be going again

   Staff super rude and unhelpful, clearly don’t want to work there…. So don’t! The place would be so much better if the staff were nicer and actually cared. The soft play itself is fine although could with an upgrade and refurb. Food is good. However the soft play itself is massively over priced, £4 per adult?! Ridiculous

   I took my 16 month old that is just starting to walk as I had heard it has a good area for little ones. However when we went, the baby and toddler area was filled full of older children (6-10 years old) It was completely unsafe to put my baby down anywhere. I couldn't put her in the ball pit as older ones were pelting balls at each other, she couldn't play in the playhouse as older children where jumping off the roof of it. She couldn't go on the toddler slide as there were two older boys fighting at the top of it and all the padded blocks had been moved into 1 area for them to jump onto. There was no where for my baby to play safely and it was a unsafe and dangerous environment for my baby to be in. There are signs that clearly say 'area for under 2s' and 'toddler area' however no member of staff actually went over and told the older kids to leave. If their parents aren't parenting them then surely staff members should be enforcing rules and and ask them to leave. I told a member of staff at the desk that I am leaving as the place is dangerous and unsafe for my child to be in because of the older children running riot and that there should be a member of staff standing at these areas not allowing older kids in and making sure that they are safe but she just replied 'oh sorry, is that why you are leaving?' ... The place should be shut down if they can't ensure that its a safe place for babies and children to play in. As a business they have a duty of care to their customers. Other similar places have staff standing by or entry/exit gates into these areas. Considering the price they charge for entry I don't know why this place doesn't.

   The team communicated the plans for my son's birthday well and gave a clear breakdown of what to expect on the day. They were very accommodating with last minute changes. The overall birthday party experience was amazing. All the kids loved it!

   Waited 20mins until we were able to go in as the staff were trying to clear tables before letting more people in. I paid £6 for x1 adult and x1 under 1 years old which in my opinion is quite dear but did include a free tea. There were huge plastic buckets in the baby/toddler area which were catching the rain dripping from the ceiling and the floor was completely wet from the splash back. The baby changing facilities were disgusting and there were other people complaining about no loo roll in the toilets. The baby/toddler section was quite underwhelming although the rest of the play bits looked quite good.

   It’s a space for your child(ren) to play. A big indoor activity centre, with a go-kart track (not seen working in the last 6 months as of Dec ‘22) a zip line (not seen working for about the same time) a huge climbing area that has a lookout bubble and lay-across netting at the top. A twirly slide and a four-lane racing slide. Other areas include a baby soft-play area, a soft-play for bigger kids, a giant bouncy-ball pit and various ride-in push-along cars. There is a large area with tables and chairs for the adults, a cafe serving food and drinks (the coffee is okay) and a few arcade type games. I believe there is also a smaller annex room for private hire. We signed up for a year, which works out good value, especially for the winter months.
