A unique experience! I have never felt so old. Partner and I thought our legs were falling off after first bouncing around for a bit! It was genuinely good fun and you get used to the movement after a while. Definitely something to try as an adult. The service wasn't great, and the place seemed understaffed. There was a general malaise of depression in the air which affected the experience. The spaces were grubby, some parts were broken, and the cafe area seemed wrongly placed. Would have been better to have that on the same level as the trampoline park.

Good selection for kids, viewing area looks over the whole park. Big selection of adventure play. Actual trampoline selection is a bit limited on types and sizes. But kids still love it! Get there early to avoid crowds makes for a better experience! Keep the socks for next time!!

Went to Gravity today with family and had a great time. Check in process was easy enough, Dani on front desk was great and Sophie in the cafe was very smiley. The marshals watching the arena were interacting with the kids and made it a lovely day, Everywhere was clean and tidy. We will be back again soon!

Went to the toddler session first thing on a Monday morning recently having not been for about 2 years. Lady on reception was great, upbeat and friendly. Unfortunately, inside was filthy. The amount of hair and dust which had gathered was not from just a few days without cleaning and for the first session of the week, was disappointing. Fallen off plasters and wristbands lying around. Safety cushions on the edge of trampolines not in place. And while I didn’t mind skipping it, the fact the safety briefing wasn’t done possibly shows where standards are now versus a couple of years ago. Not great for little ones.

Gravity provided an enjoyable day for my son, who had a blast. However, the steep price of nearly £40 for just one hour, coupled with the strict time constraints, was a downside for my husband and son. The facility felt cramped and uncomfortably hot, with an unpleasant odor lingering in the air. Despite the inevitable chaos of a Saturday visit, the excessive running around by other kids was a bit overwhelming. The mandatory purchase of socks for nearly £4 added to the expense. Overall, while my son had fun, the drawbacks detracted from the overall experience for our family in addition, the staff seemed preoccupied, chatting amongst themselves and not attentive to customers, leaving us waiting until someone finally served us. Furthermore, we were instructed to sign up first before being attended to, which added to the waiting time.

We have an amazing time every visit we make to Gravity Stevenage! Such a warm, friendly and inviting experience. My children love going to Gravity. The staff are so patient with them and have time to chat with them and interact with them. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend Gravity Stevenage.

Just had my son's 9th birthday party here. I was so impressed! Amazing staff, every single staff member went above and beyond to be helpful especially our party host Alicia and the Chef from the kitchen. Super organised, brilliant quality food and drink, couldn't have asked for more. The children loved every minute of it.

My son and his friend had a brilliant time. They enjoyed the refill slashy too. Us, adults had a nice chat to a cup of coffee and a slice of cake - meal deal. We will come back sooner and we will recommended to everyone. Thanks
