   Rob has been very efficient and professional in placing a private chef for me. He has took properly the time to understand our search and has found me an outstanding private chef, he was always very responsive (also out of office hours and during the weekend). I will need to hire some permanent private staff next year overseas and I am aware this is a service Little Ones offers and I will have no hesitation to come back at the time and use Little Ones exclusively for this. On the meantime I wish to everyone in the team at Little Ones a very happy Christmas and happy New Year and a big thank you for our business collaboration.

Morgane was our main contact, and she was fantastic— always available, incredibly supportive, and super flexible when things changed last minute. The whole process was transparent and well organised. Compared to other agencies I’ve tried, Little Ones handled everything smoothly and made the interviewing process a breeze. Plus, they even recommended a good payroll company.    Really disappointed with the agency. I would not recommend. Incredibly responsive when we needed someone but that individual resigned at 4 months due to the travel to our home. We tried several times and through several different communication channels to discuss options around the fee as we need someone else, but there has been zero response. I would say this is an agency who is solely focused on getting their upfront fee and not building a long term relationship with their clients.

   I have been with Little’s ones since before lockdown, with a different consultant and it wasn’t as good as i thought. 3 years later I decided to renew my application with them and met someone called Nadia, she is very polite tenacious hardworking individual, I don’t think I have had so many interviews in my life, than I did with the help of her, although we only got 1 official work for Xmas temp, sometimes not all clients and Nannie’s are a fit for a role. But she absolutely works harder than anyone else and also tries very hard to speak to other colleagues to get me more work. For that I’m absolutely greatfull. I’m very happy with her services and her being my consultant. So thank you so much! Much appreciation Nelly

   Little Ones has been really lovely helping to provide me the opportunities to find a job as a nanny/governess. Seve the agent I dealt with, was kind, understanding, helpful and clearly invested in me not just getting a job but the right job. Respectfully giving a little extra push for jobs he knew I'd be right for and also respecting when I wasn't interested. The process was simple and easy to apply, and I've never had a question unanswered (I ask a lot). My personal experience of this company has been wonderful and engaging.
