If I could give no star review I would have done so. Miserable rude barber, grotty shop, no price list - no idea how to do modern haircut or even a decent fade. Probably OK if you are an OAP or just want an old fashioned head shave. Plenty of better barbers within walking distance.

Have been going to Simon for about 35yrs. He's not normal ( but whats normal ? ) but is a lovely guy. Not expensive, proper Old town barbershop.

Simon who owns the barber's is a friendly guy I been going there for haircuts for years now. You can call up to book an appointment or pip head in and ask he is really friendly and very nice person
You'll get an excellent cut at a reasonable price here. The shop is convenient to both Hartshill and Newcastle. What separates Old Town from most of the barber shops in this area, and there are many, is that you can book in for an appointment rather than having to wait on a first come, first served basis.
