   Really poor service. I book an appointment on the Thursday evening around 9 pm for the following day Friday at lunchtime. . I get an email reminding me of the appointment and a text message so it’s all going ahead, great because having just moved to the area I got a recommendation for this place and yes I’m a bit on the last minute. I have a wedding to attend tomorrow Saturday but then at 9 o’clock this morning I get a text message saying my appointment has been cancelled. Because the guy cutting my hair is still ill, don’t get me wrong. I’m not begrudging somebody that’s ill. But if he was already ill on the Thursday, why are you selling an appointment for the Friday? Now leaving me to find somewhere else to get a haircut, as I say I know I was cutting it fine but you’ve made it all worse now. To find somewhere today. Then you send out the message saying he’s been ill with something potentially contagious maybe just a cold or worse… little business tip . Make sure the person is fine first before selling their services and make sure the person isn’t ill then you don’t have to worry someone, mmm what they been ill with, Then none of this would’ve happened.

   Rosie is amazing. I visited the Village Barbers after a few attempts at finding a decent barber in the area and hands down she's the best. Very easy to get on with and get attention to detail is second to none. So happy with the service and the cut, I would recommend 100%
