This was my first time working with an accountant, and I explained that clearly to Mano, who initially said he’d help guide me through the process. While he was somewhat helpful when I visited the office in person, overall the service was disappointing. Communication was poor, and he often seemed disinterested or unprofessional. The worst part was that he eventually stopped replying to emails and wouldn’t take any calls - without any explanation. Thankfully, I’ve now moved to a new accountant who is reliable and professional. I wouldn’t recommend this firm based on my experience - best to avoid.
