Awful service from lady with black curly hair! She shouldn’t be working in customer service , very rude and horrible attitude, sorry.
Greeted by Shelly & Nicole who also helped me choose a body cream suitable for my dry skin that was also on offer with my superdrug card. Served by Anisa at tillpoint who was friendly & professional. Highly recommend this store on St James street. Always great service & tidy & clean shop with everything labelled & easy to find.
I understand this store must have a shoplifting problem due to its location… but wow the staff follow you around obsessively. I’ve been living in the area for years and coming to the shop all those, yet they all still do it. It creates a pretty uncomfortable shoppers energy to know that there’s always at least one set of staff eyes keeping an eye on you. I’ve not yet seen a security guard too. So from the staff point of view, it seems a bit unfair to me that the managers have passed bouncer duties onto their floor team. That being said, when you do interact with all the team they seem lovely and helpful, so it’s a shame their focus on shoplifting drags in this negativity.
Wow excellent customer service from Ben. I had a problem with an online order & was very worried about it, nothing to do with Ben & he managed to sort it out our for me. I was so impressed as he did not have to get involved but did. He went out of his way to help me. Excellent customer service he could certainly show other retailers a thing or too. Rarely have I experienced such amazing customer service.
It is well stocked with a nice variety of products . I felt mildly uncomfortable in there as it was very quiet and the staff were blatantly having a three-way conversation through their ear pieces and there were smirks on faces. At the till the boy was still engrossed in their chat while he did my transaction. Oh well I guess if we had those in our ears when I was a young store worker the temptation to talk would have been huge for me too.But guys you are not nearly as discreet as you think you are.
This is my local store and I will always shop there. Prices are good, staff are very helpful and the store is very spacious. Lots to choose from.
The staff member was really super helpful I was struggling to make out the labels on the Maybelline powder foundation because it was printed so small and she helped me with absolutely no hesitation very friendly. All the other staff were really nice as well it's a really good sized store with plenty products and good deals I recommend this location
Superdrug great store. Fantastic deals on Mens products as well for women. Wide range of pharmacy products. Surberb deals, always money saving bargain. Friendly staff with outstanding customer service. Always will use Superdrug!
