Been getting my haircuts for 4 years now with Lewis. Feel ten times fresh everytime I leave the chair. The setups professional and always clean. Best hair cuts in town by far.
This review is of my own personal experience at this business. I booked twice and had it cancelled twice. When I did eventually get my booking - The entire place is dirty, only has one functional window and it smells. I was asked to sit down while the chair still had huge chunks of hair on from the last…customer. The quality of the haircut reflects this and is far below average. These bookings were cancelled on the day and within an hour of the appointment. Terrible attitude towards customers and i think it speaks for itself that no other chairs are being hired or used by other barbers/hair stylists.
If I could give zero stars I would. My normal barber is moving abroad so thought I would try this place and looking at the reviews seemed good. Booked on the app last week. Appointment 4:30 today and then at 4:10 on getting to premises they send email cancellation with no reason saying Appointment cancelled try another date with no reason. Tried calling them and no response avoid poor customer service and won't be using again or recommending.

I hadn't had a haircut in a long time so was pretty hesitant to get a trim from here (as a new customer) but let me just tell you, I didn't regret it one bit. As soon as I walked in I felt very welcomed and that straight away made me realise that I 100% came to the right place. I got a skinfade from Lewis and was the best decision i have made in a while, this will definitely be my go-to barbers from now on. Great Lad and great experience, cheers Lewis!
Took my two children here yesterday not sure if we got a new hairdresser with one of them..... wow the cut is a mess my lockdown haircuts with kitchen scissors and a beard trimmer looked better, have had to book him in to another hairdresser to try and sort it out.....if I could add pictures to this review I would! Will not try again !
Jack and Lewis are very professional, easy to chat to, and incredible at their jobs. Best barbers I’ve been to, certainly number 1 in the area. Availability is always flexible, quick to respond when booking!
Jack has started up a gem of a barber business here!! The atmosphere is great and the trim is class, but the best thing about SJ&S is that you feel like your part of something that’s only going to get bigger and better!! Recommend to all.
