   PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY! One job they’ve got and they can’t seem to manage that, never answer communication, lied, forget to send invoices, never have a clue what’s going on. I’m with a new accountant due to lack of competency and they can’t send over the relevant details for her to reasonably be able to do my accounts, now they’ve made up an imaginary bill that I don’t owe as I’m completely up to date as of October. Awful service, changed name since I was with them over a year and half which seems suspicious. Loads of staff but can’t seem to cover basic accountancy needs. Useless

   Avoid like the plague. Useless, incompetent and RUDE. The Karen who answered the phone last week was particularly obnoxious. If your looking to source a reliable, professional and approachable accounting company, look elsewhere! Also don't like to answer the phone!!!!

   Absolutely useless! Not replying to messages or phone calls. Whenever I called, my accountant was “in a meeting”. They were supposed to register me for VAT but for weeks didn’t send me my VAT registration details blaming HMRC delay. I asked for complaints procedures which I have never received. When asked for help with identifying products that I need to add VAT to, I was sent a government website to look at. I would not recommend them even to my enemies.

   I use AES for my accounting work and can honestly say, they've been brilliant. Extremely patient. Very understanding and incredible at what they do. They've gone out of their way to look after me.. Can't thank them enough... If you're looking for a firm to take on all your accounting stress-free... Give these a Shout!
