   Today I made my first purchase from Prestige Pawnbrokers Brighton store. I bought the cutest little Mulberry baby pink bag. The experience was unrivalled. The quality of these previously loved bags are second to none. Not a scratch or flaw in sight. I may as well have just bought this bag from Mulberry itself except the price point was certainly more attractive. Emily and Mark are incredibly personable and knowledgeable and give their opinions without being salesy or forceful. I left with a clear idea of which occasions and outfits I could pair the bag with and feel confident that I’ve made the right choice. Thanks team, you know I’ll be back. Probably too often.

   I bought a gold citrine ring from the Brighton branch. Mark the store manager served me. He was really helpful with every detail. I didn't feel rushed. Also I dealt with another lady on the phone who was helpful and cheerful. All the staff were great. Would go again if I needed something else

   Our experience at Prestige was not at all what we expected from a visit to a pawnbroker's, it felt more like a high quality jewellers. Mark was really pleasant, knowledgeable and we certainly didn't feel any pressure to make the purchase. He made sure that the bracelet of the watch that we purchased was a good fit after he'd altered it and made the whole experience a pleasure. From what we could see of the goods on sale they all looked really good quality and I'm thrilled with my new purchase.
