Never had any issue before with staff but went in today and member staff kelly i think she said her name was, was so rude when serving and just poor service, don't know if she worked before in customer service if so definitely needs improving
I was looking around online on cash converters website and I ended up purchasing a galaxy s25 ultra, I phoned this specific brach at Crawley to ask questions about the condition of the device, the staff Kelly was super helpful and gave me a proper look at the device with photos taken and sent to me directly, the conversation was great and reassuring leading to my purchase being a positive one, The service was top notch and a really appreciate the staff clearing any doubts in my mind by showing me exactly what I'm getting. Jack works here, apparently he thinks he’s hilarious. Go into the store he’s acting loud and clever in front of his colleague, i buy csi dark motives from him he first makes comments about my boyfriend buying me the game, and then I buy it get it home and he didn’t even bother to put the cartridge in the game box. Very funny mate. Avoid they have unprofessional staff and likely won’t get what you paid for

Came in to cash converters browsing, revisited an hour later after an item caught my eye. Was greeted by friendly staff both times, and on the second visit, got speaking with 2 staff members, Ishmail and Brandon. Both were really friendly, helpful and informative. Definitely seemed knowledgable about the product we were discussing. Though I didn’t end up going ahead with the transaction. I felt that their service alone warranted commendation.
