Nice place, very big, lots of slides for the kids, large car park. I wish the staff would be more strict when it comes to kids with no socks :(
Went to Tigers in Daventry for a party. The staff that were there were very nice and welcoming. They seemed to be understaffed with the few that were there run off their feet literally running around. The party food was okay but very greasy as there was a puddle of grease left on the tray. Also it just isn’t worth the price you have to pay. There is thick dust over the frame and round the walls not just a few weeks it’s more like years. Toilet doors are dirty it is just disgusting. Even though previous reviews say the carpet gets cleaned it looks like it’s from the 70s and just looks like it has never been cleaned. Also considering the price you pay they don’t even have the go kart or the lazer tag working it was a complete waste of time. The staff were very nice and welcoming just a shame as it seems the owners have given up on them.
My children love going to Tigers Soft Play. We have been coming for many years and attended parties and they have always enjoyed themselves. Food wise we have children with allergies, and the staff have always been very helpful on the occasions we have ordered anything. Particularly for parties as this is often stressful for us. I would definitely recommend.
The team at Tigers are always very helpful, a lovely family run business that shows in their team. The play area is brilliant for different ages and I’ve had some brilliant trips with children ranging from a few months old to 10 years old. The food and drinks selection is always great for the kids and us adults too. Definitely recommend!
We often visit Tigers Daventry, either for birthday parties or a rainy day activity. The play area is vast and the kids love it. There’s a special area just for little ones too. Everything is reasonably priced and the food in the cafe is great. We can happily spend 2+ hours here. The staff are friendly and hard working. We have no complaints and we be back again soon
Today I visited the soft play and was very disappointed. As much as it is not busy on a weekday and electricity and bill costs are high for everybody, I still would expect to have some light in all soft play areas! We still have to pay full price, and you pay for an adult too! I understand we had to pay for an adult during COVID, but now?! Most of the places you pay only for children! So today the only lights we had were in the seating area; some areas were so dark, even for an adult! How would you expect a 3-year-old to run around in the dark? I understand the nature of soft play areas but injury can easily occur from youngsters missing a step. I took some pictures and videos to have proof. We left at 6 p.m., and no more lights were lit up. You don’t have that issue over the weekend.
We had a fantastic time. Our girls really enjoyed and wore themselves out. The food was nice and very reasonably priced too.
Tigers is a great place to take the kids to burn off some steam in a safe environment. The soft play area is huge, but you can easily see the whole area from the seating area. It is a bonus to sit and have a drink while the kids play and even get a bite to eat. There is something for everyone with the variety of play equipment which is well spaced out so no overcrowding. It is reassuring to know that the kids cannot leave the building without their adult. Highly recommend bringing the family along.
Really good layout, you can see most of the play area from the seating so it's easy to keep an eye on the little ones. Fun and varied facilities, the go cart track is a great addition on the standard soft play format. The food is good! Having the 2 sessions per day also, genius. 2.5 hrs playtime is perfect for being able to take a break every now and then and still get your moneys worth. Will go back.
