I've been going here for years and they always look after me. Hoa in particular knows what I like and I love my beautiful nails design every time. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.
Would not recommended. I went in excited to get my nails done and left deflated. I requested a specific dark wine red from the sample colours and when the colour was painted on it showed a light orange tone. When I expressed my concern regarding this, the woman stated to me that the colours in the bottle are different to the samples shown. I then asked if I could try 3 other dark red colours similar to the original one I had requested, all of which showed up with orange undertones and far lighter to the sample colours. When I expressed that I did not like these colours, the woman proceeded to throw her hands in the air and state ‘you choose what one of these do you want’. Given the ongoing tense atmosphere and now knowledge that they don’t have the colour I requested; I went with a red colour I didn’t particularly want. Moreover, at one point my cuticle was cut and bleeding and the woman serving me did not apologise nor even acknowledge this. Throughout this entire interaction I wasn’t met with a single apology or acknowledgment that they didn’t have the colour I requested. On top of that I wasn’t granted any sort of discount for the mishap and was charged the full £31 for acrylics. I’m unsure if because there was no other customers in at the time that I was treated in this manner or if this is just the customer service you receive at this salon. I’d recommend going somewhere else if you want the colour you’re asking for and want a positive comfortable experience.
Lovely. Employees check you are happy after each step. No wait for me and i went on a sat afternoon. Would reccomend. Will be going back. :)
I went in for a classic French manicure, expecting clean lines and smooth finishes, but what I got was far from that. The white tips are uneven, some thicker than others, and the lines aren’t crisp at all. There’s noticeable inconsistency, especially on the thumb and pinky. On top of that, the polish is lumpy in places, and the overall finish looks rushed and unprofessional. For the price I paid, I expected way better quality and attention to detail. Definitely not going back.
They were very sweet people and my nails are perfect I don’t have anything bad to say
I've been here twice now and used to have have trouble with the gel falling off after a week. Since coming here my nail gel is lasting the whole month really Happy the girls are wonderful highly recommended
Phoned in the morning to see if they could fit me in for a gel polish manicure. When arrived on time they did not seem to be expecting me. They guy started with the tool that spins to flatten any bumps and then filing my nails, all 10 were done in about 5 minutes whilst he was looking at his phone and talking to someone about an insurance claim. None of my nails are now the same length or shape. He never actually asked me what shape I wanted. I told him he should be making a phone call or doing nail but not both at the same time. I got up and left and will never go back.
Worst experience I have ever had!!!! Used to love going to Olivia’s to get my nails done until a couple of months ago. Me and my friends waited over 2 hours to get our nails done after that time period we were greeted by a rude gentleman who said that he couldn’t do designs now because of the time (even though we were promised in the beginning that he could). Me and my other friend left, so the other 2 would have time to get what they wanted as this was for her BIRTHDAY !!!! After she was finished we met up with them and honestly was the worst set of nails I had seen he had completely done a different design on both sets. She was absolutely mortified as like I said it was for her birthday. They both had to go back the next day to get them fixed. The couples he used were completely wrong as well and looked like a snot green. After they both got them fixed they also had to pay an extra additional fee even tho it was not their fault.
