Today we went here for the first time and I can say that was a very good place. We stayed 3 hours and my child enjoyed to played a lot. We could stay sitting at the table drinking a coffee while our child was playing, because the place is very safety.
Such hidden gem. The ticket and food price are very reasonable. There are activities for both my smaller kid (2 year old) and older kid (5 year old). Minimal supervisision is needed. It is certainly not the largest soft play but the nicest I have been to. I will always take my kids here when taking their mom on her shopping trip at Bicester village.
It was our first visit and were pleasantly surprised to find this place for our 5½ year old at the last minute. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs especially with opening the kitchen for a bowl of chips. We enjoyed the food in its simplicity and quality. Ambience was great, clean and tidy and spacious. We would definitely return and recommend to others.
Good soft play and staff are friendly. The prices of there food and drinks however, are absolutely shocking! £4 for a can of drink and carton of juice!!!! I could not believe it. It's a good soft play and they always keep it clean. But prices are rip off. This will put people off if they charge to much. I certaintly won't be buying anything from here again. Reply to owner Thank you for your reply. However, I was charged £4 on this day and I have got proof. Charging that much for one can and carton of juice is absolutely ludicrous! And when I had the 7up it didn't even taste like 7up it was awful. I understand that places are increasing their prices but charging this much is over priced. It will put people off and I noticed that when I went there I saw few people bringing their own food and drinks when I'm pretty sure there are signs saying your not meant to. No wonder people are sneaking in there own food and drinks!
Really lovely soft play - perfect size for when they're a bit smaller and you want to be able to see them. However my older child loves it too. Good choice of role play toys and other activities like colouring and puzzles too. Friendly staff and good choice of drinks and snacks. Can be a bit chilly in winter but definitely better than a hot sticky soft play! Occasionally the toilets are a bit whiffy so worth considering where you sit!
My grandson enjoyed his first visit, a quieter area for the little ones not yet walking to play gently. Adults can remove shoes and join in to give confidence. Good value for money. We had 2 hours. Drinks and food available. Free parking at the garden centre. Toilets on site.
Took grand kids. They loved it. Plenty to do for them. (Aged 2 and 4) didn't have food but coffee was lovely. Really busy (half term) had two hours which I think was enough
Fantastic soft play. My daughter barely made it into the soft play section as she was so taken by the kitchen/home corner! Nice selection of reasonably priced good and drink too.
Lovely food, felt very safe from a covid point of view. Not much for toddlers but my two were happy enough for the 90min slot we had booked. I can see why due to space limitations. Very well organised business.
