   Fross is definitely the place to go for your wedding dress! After the experience we had choosing my mums wedding dress 4 years ago, I had to go back to look for my own. I didn’t regret it, a gorgeous shop hidden in the quiet countryside with the most beautiful dresses to try. When we arrived we were greeted by Ava who was very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Ava asked my preferences and listened to what I loved and what I didn’t like and gave me many options to try. She was very patient but also very friendly which made me and my family feel so comfortable. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into trying anything I was I didn’t want to. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Fross and the day I chose my dream dress to get married in will be a day to remember and I am thankful to have had Ava be a part of it! Highly recommend to the future brides out there!!

   After visiting four other bridal shops, nothing compared to Fross. From the moment I arrived, the shop felt so special. It’s set in a beautiful location and has such a warm, personal atmosphere. Ava was incredible throughout the whole process: friendly, patient, and never pushy. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made every visit feel so enjoyable and relaxed. My dress was everything I’d ever dreamed of, the quality was amazing, and it was even within my budget! I felt absolutely incredible wearing it on my wedding day.    I had the VIP experience at Fross on Sunday with Ava. From start to finish it was so magical and very special. Ava was perfect at letting myself and my bridal party look at dresses in our own time and offer guidance and her professional opinion where needed. The collection of dresses they have are stunning! It was the best experience and exactly how I wanted my wedding dress shopping experience to go. I have found the perfect dress and most beautiful veil.    I booked a private appointment at this beautiful shop and I cant explain how amazing it was! The shop set up is so amazing, you can tell time how much time and love has gone into this set up. Ava helped me find my dream wedding dress and didn't put any time pressure on us. I tried on 3 dresses that I liked multiple times and the team really encouraged me to keep trying them on to make sure I was happy with my choice. No pressure, no hard sell.    After visiting lots of bridal shops I decided to book an appointment at Fross. I went in thinking I wanted totally the opposite to what i decided to pick. I was very indecisive until I thought I would try on a dress I never thought I would wear. As soon as I put it on I new it was the one. Fross was so helpful and willing to let me go try it back on as wedding was cancelled due to covid. I fell in love again. Helen the seamstress was fab aswell ... 10 out of 10 experience.    I had the most amazing experience at Fross! I was talking to my friend about the previous dress shops i had been going to where i felt uncomfortable and rushed. Needless to say i was struggling big time finding a dress as all the stores i had been to made me feel like i was not being listened to when i was talking about the type of dress i was looking for. She recommended Fross wedding collections to me and once i looked at the pictures online i knew i had to go! From the moment i walked in the door i felt relaxed and looked after, everyone was so friendly and helpful. And the shop is absolutely beautiful. All the girls took the time to listen to me and help me find my perfect dress. They were patient when i was unsure and had great suggestions on what to try on next to help find the one. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
