Just to make it clear why I gave 1 star. - Inadequate behaviour (hitting, bullying, swearing) - Management and Leadership (careless, inadequate) - Staff (I always said that the management is at fault so the staff was all good there until they started leaving one by one every week) - Payments (monthly wrong invoices, emails after emails sent, unacceptable to do correction by us to your payroll staff) HORRIBLE - Face to Face meetings with parents (we asked several times, ofc we were told yes yes yes but it never happened, management at fault) - Injuries/accidents (many accidents not reported, many injuries, marks after 2 years on my son's face) Be careful here as is very bad... - Program for kids with problems (never improved, careless management, probably they just want to see their money in the bank account and other than that is like ,,Who cares,,. And many many more to be added.

My daughter has been at the nursery since she was 10 months old. She loves going there. I fully trust them with my daughter. They are organised and have lots of different activities and themes for the children to do. They have amazing outside space. The staff are brilliant.

Amazing nursery with kind and caring staff. Our twin daughters were very wary at first but the staff took the time to help them settle in and now it's like a home from home. Nothing is too much trouble and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

From the day 1 in the baby room, my son had difficulty in settling in but every body at the nursery has been outstanding and now almost one year on he absolutely loves to go there. All staffs and management are exceptional friendly and feel like drop him off at friend rather than at nursery. Also having an outdoor space is great and all children are actively encouraged to spend as much time outside as you want at home. Besides that, I'm really impressed with their focus on each individaul development- teaching my son to speak my language or celebrating my festivities. Last but not least, they are so reasonable during the Covid19 by not charging the parents for either sessions, retainers or a percentage of fees to those parents and carers who are unable to use the nursery, despite what has been reported of other settings elsewhere in the country. I can't ask any more from the nursery. Thank you so much for all the staffs and management.
