   I came in to get acrylics, started off with a woman doing my nails then a man took over and took off some nails she did and re did them without saying anything to me, I wasn’t happy with the shape of my nails (supposed to be coffin but all to thick and round) , the man also didn’t paint the tips of my nails. I sent the shop a message on Facebook with photos to which they responded to come back in on a certain date to get them fixed. I couldn’t make the date and haven’t heard anything back from them since. My nails have been on just over 2 weeks and one has completely come off and the others all of the paint is chipped.

   First time I've been here & won't rush back. They made us an appointment which was a total waste of time. No one asked if we had an appointment & we just had to wait like everyone else who was a walk-in. We waited an hour before being seen. Other people seemed to be allowed to jump the queue when it was obvious they weren't next! They seated people, then left them there for ages not being seen to. But then the next person was called over and started before the last one! My nails were 'ok' but are way too thick and its very obvious they're 'fake' I'll stick with where I know next time!

   Always come here to treat myself with my nails, and the occasional pedicure. Prices are in line with other nail salons and they are always busy. Yes really pleased with these guys.

   If I could give 0 stars, I would! Went in expecting it to be fab as they were quite busy. As soon as I walked in, a vile smell hit my nose. The staff are quite rude, speaking in their own language about me. When there was a problem with the shape of the nail or the colour, I’d tell the woman politely but she started shaking her head and sounded quite p****d off! She threw her hands up in frustration and made me feel really uncomfortable as the whole salon stared at me. When it came to getting my nails painted, the woman argued with me trying to make me have shellac instead of normal when I just wanted normal polish. The worst experience at a nail salon....EVER. Do not recommend!!!

   I am definitely not recommending this place because last week my friend and I went to have our nails done. I came home 2 of my nails were smudged and the next day the glitter was falling off. My friends nails, first of all she had the wrong shape done and when she asked if she can have the shape she wanted the man doing her nails said that”it’s too late now”, also after 2 days 3 of her nails were starting to fall off . Overall I would not recommend this place.

   My partner has been so many nail salon it's unreal with such poor quality of nails and workmenship these use top quality nails and on top of that the workmenship and don't push you to have new sets they ask you what do you want. They are also good at providing recommendations on which colour would be best to match your choice they also do amazing free hand work aswell.
