Beautiful last minute order, brief call and collection within short window! I contacted Lucy when my dad passed suddenly after a short battle with cancer. He lasted 2 weeks from diagnosis. It was around valentines day so she was so busy and still said she would do my dad's funeral flowers. Wasn't just any standard arrangements we asked for west ham my dad's team and what she created within such a short time was just beautiful. I can not thank Lucy enough for what she did and her work, price, creations are second to none. Truly outstanding!!!! The displays lasted for weeks after so we could still have at home. Fresh flowers, beautiful and heartfelt detailing. Myself, my mum and my brother kept one each. drove the cards round to us to write and collected and ensured all were delivered to the funeral directors at the time asked. I will never use another florist again, Lucy thank you from the bottom of my heart xxxx
