   I contacted the florist direct by phone to order a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a local pub for a surprise 40th birthday meal. The lady i spoke to was very helpful and the order was placed. However my niece sent me some pictures of the flowers prior to her daughter arrived for her surprise meal .I was extremely disappointed to see that the pink flowers were losing their petals and brown around the edges. I contacted the florist as soon as I got the pictures by email and received a reply the next morning. They assured me the flowers were delivered in good condition and that they were fresh!!! and they must have been knocked prior to being received. The flowers was in a water bubble and box so would have been upright. I could fully understand if the damage was around the edges of the bouquet but not in the middle. I was not after any refund but feel a token gesture to the recipient could have offered.

   What lovely Florists. They arranged the flowers for both my Mother’s and Father’s funerals. The flowers today for my Father’s funeral were beautiful and looked stunning. Thank you to all the florists who did the arrangements today for their hard work. I would highly recommend Ambers Florists to anyone in the future.

   We used Ambers Florist for our Civil wedding last summer I had my bridal bouquet, three bridesmaid floral arrangements and button hole flowers for both the bride and grooms side made- I have absolutely no regrets in choosing ambers to help us. We found the service so friendly and helpful and they created the most beautiful unique floral arrangements, which perfectly matched our decor and venue aesthetic. we got so many compliments on the florals throughout the day. I am also grateful that they prepared the floral arrangements with such care and attention to detail providing helpful instructions as it had to be transported long distance the day prior to our wedding. The team here are amazing and I can’t thank them enough for the floral arrangements that helped make our day so special!

   I wish to thank Tracey and her team for the lovely flowers they provided for my father's funeral. The coffin spray was exactly as we requested and meant a lot to us. We gave Ambers details to friends attending the funeral and without exception everyone was so happy with their flowers. The staff at Ambers are very helpful and showed much kindness and empathy at a difficult time. Highly recommended.

   We ordered flowers for our wedding. The service from start to finish from the staff at Ambers was great. We went in not really knowing what we wanted except for the colours. What they made for us was perfect. When we needed to amend our order they were more than happy to make it happen for us. I would recommend them highly to anyone based on my experiences with them. (Flowers in the photos are nearly 5 days old )
