   To Angela and the team at Ginger Lily florist Thankyou so much for delivering the flowers for my grandma I live 6 hours away and with her in her golden years, I am never sure if the gifts I send actually get received, as sometimes she can forget to let me know if she has received anything. The address is a bit convoluted and I've had issues getting things delivered to her in the past. The flowers were delivered within a hour of placing the order, and she contacted me to say thanks - she is made up with them. Excellent company and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to put an order in online, everyone very happy on the customer end, good communication and prompt service. Have a lovely Christmas and thanks again!

   I ordered some flowers and chocolates from them for my mothers birthday. They where very beautiful but sadly the delivery driver left them in the front garden and sadly later on it started to rain. The flowers where "heavily watered" but sadly the chocolates, packaging and note was drenched and ruined. HOWEVER, the lady I spoke to at Ginger Lily was extremely kind and helpful and not only delivered new flowers and chocolates to replace the ruined ones but also upgraded both items to larger flowers and chocolate box. Exceptional service, friendly, kind and the products are beautiful. I would definitely recommend and will definitely buy my flowers here regularly.

   Exceptional Service and Artistic Personalized Creation for Funeral. All via overseas email. There are not enough stars to rate the exceptional service and arrangement created for me by Ginger Lily Florist. Ginger Lily went above and beyond to create a funeral arrangement for a dear friend who suddenly passed. I live overseas and was unable to attend, so having a meaningful arrangement meant everything. Via email and phone, they were prompt and responsive to the quick timing required for the order, empathetic and so in touch creatively in adding unusual, personalized touches to the arrangement (literally going out and buying what extra was needed) which brought so much meaning to the arrangement for the family. They were thrilled and still mention the arrangement to this day. The efforts were so very much appreciated. They made an exceptional arrangement in a tight timeline and were very real and personal in all dealings. The artistry speaks for itself. A great kindness on the worst day of a family's life. I'll never forget it.

   Ginger Lily provided the amazing bouquets and table greenery for our wedding last weekend. The floristry was absolutely wonderful, it was exactly what we were after for the rustic tables we had in mind, and the bridal and bridesmaid bouquets were splendid. They did a great job of checking exactly what sort of colours and flowers I would like in the bouquets beforehand, delivery was bang on time and everything was of a really high quality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
