We booked the Playhouse for my sons 5th birthday party. All of the correspondence with Muriel was fabulous and straightforward. My son had a great time and so did all of his friends. They had plenty of party food and the staff were all very helpful. Thank you :)
Celebrated my son’s 5th birthday and from the point when I inquired about it until to the day of the event, the host Muriel/Jo communicated fantastically and helped me with all of my enquiries. They are so friendly people and very accommodating. Prior to the party, we came for softplay meet up with my friends and always like the whole place. The whole staffs are fantastic, friendly, and approachable. The selection of foods for kids for the party is the best, it is the best to offer to kids (very healthy selection of foods). The main softplay area is in the middle, with babies area and toddler area separated, this is so good for watching for your kids when they are playing, easy to see them while you can enjoy a cuppa and some very nice cakes they have. I would definitely do softplay party again. Thank you so much for having us.
We had an absolutely amazing experience for my child’s birthday party! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful, ensuring everything was set up perfectly. The team at Playhouse bedford we're very accommodating and helpful. We booked only 1 week in advance because our other venue fell through. They were very quick to respond and make sure they had all the info they needed from us. They day ran smoothly and the children had a lot of fun.
I cannot express enough how amazing the staff were at the playhouse, twinwoods. My daughter had her 6th party here the other day and the staff were so incredibly accommodating. We hired a party room, which was lovely and clean. The food was amazing, so yummy and also very healthy options too! I cannot fault anything. Will definitely be recommending the party packages to friends and family!!
My daughter recently had her 6th birthday party at the Playhouse as it is one of her favourite places to go. From start to finish the staff were incredibly helpful with the organisation and on the day. They happily accommodated dietary requirements for two children with allergies. The children had the most wonderful time playing. The party room was all set up for us and the children loved the food. The portions were very generous! I will definitely use the Playhouse again for future parties and highly recommend them for parties or just a fun activity with little ones.
It was good fun, not too big so could keep an eye on my boy. Ample parking which was great. My only critic will be regarding the price of coffee. On the high side but unfortunately the quality doesn't match the price which is a let down for me. Homemade cakes tasted good but once again tiny portion for the price. 2 coffee (regular latte no flavour) 2 cake and a juice for just under £20 :-(
