My son had a fantastic 8th birthday party, the staff were extremely helpful and so accommodating. They ensured that all children were looked after, the host for the party was exceptional. The party was a huge success, children enjoyed both bouncing and roller skating. The venue exceeded my expectations, and the staff went above and beyond. Thank you ☺️

I went today to Flip out with a very vulnerable person who has a complex disability and never have I experienced such dreadful attitudes from staff. When we arrived there I was told there was just us on the session. we went to the cafe to wait for the session andget a drink the staff behind the counter walked off we waited to be served. The young man began to get distressed waiting for his drink. It was very upsetting this is a individual who becomes massively anxious. I do not want to have to explain his condition When I approached the front desk two members of staff were sat gossiping. I asked if anyone was serving at the cafe and the attitude was awful. They acted like how dare you inturupt our conversation. I choose not to address it in front of the young individual. They excused it by saying we was serving a customer however we were the only ones in there. I waited a hour to get a drink and still no staff. I then had to get off the trampoline to ask again and at that point addressed the ignorant attitude of the manager and other staff members just to get someone to serve us. The attitude in 2025 towards a individual with a learning disability is unbelievable. I was disgusted by the behaviour of the manager and staff it was awful. Even after explaining that it caused unnecessary distress they excused it by saying that they were busy. I WILL HIGHLIGHT WE WERE the only 2 PEOPLE ON THE TRAMPOLINE and 4 staff members. Ignorance dose not even explain the situation. The manager should be leading by example. Be professional and proactive instead she offered shameful excuses. It is difficult enough trying to access the community with a individual with a complex learning disability and then feeling like you have to get individuals to just show compassion and do there jobs. It should be a organisation that should educate there staff parents /families ect should not have to explain having compassion and common curtsey.

Absolute rip off Β£3 to watch no good for under 7's and disappointed beyond believe. It was Β£18 for a 5 year old Β£6 for 2 adults to watch but you can't see anything, they accept cash but don't give change ,Peterborough flipout is Β£12 for much longer it's much bigger and that was for 2 adults who can watch easily, and the staff at Peterborough are friendly unlike Rushden lakes. Definitely wouldn't bother again.

We’ve been here several times and our kids have always enjoyed it. However today I took my 4 year old and 7 year old and felt it was really unsafe to mix reception aged kids with older kids and teenagers. The older kids were racing around and wresting etc. Not so much of a problem with similar aged kids but really unsafe with much younger ones. My 4 year old got hit twice and knocked over once in the space of an hour, despite me supervising her closely. The staff did their best and spoke to the other kids - they were responsive and I don’t think it was the fault of the staff. However I just felt it was not very safe mixing age groups like this. I won’t be going back.

My daughter had an amazing birthday party here, the venue is amazing, it's really eye catching and allot of fun, but the staff were not great communicators, we were allowed into the VIP room early as it was not booked but were not clearly informed that this would mean are allotted time would remain the same, meaning we were with the parents children until the agreed pick up time and ushered out of the party room gently. That being said the kids had a great time, another mature member of staff was quick to see if one child required medical treatment and completed an accident form and was keen to ensure the parent of said child was made aware of this, safety protocols were clearly being adhered to, would definitely take the kids there again

Edit following response from flipout: it would have made a world of difference if reception had explained timings so I could make sure the kids got more out of it. I'd been thinking about booking a child's party here but after today's experience will steer clear. Enormous queues on arrival so we missed 15 minutes of the party before being seen. Then told waivers need signing - fair enough - but that I need to go to the back of the queue when this was done. Queue to sign waivers. Rejoin queue for reception with 2 frustrated kids in tow. Finally got in - as mentioned by others it was roasting hot. The kids were swimming in sweat within a couple of minutes. Directed to a party room which wasn't ready. Ended up dumping belongings in the bar area and hoping for the best. Kids bounced for about 15 minutes, came off for a drink and then were kicked off because the time for our party to bounce had expired. We spent longer trying to get in than the kids actually got to join in with party. When the party room was eventually ready it was fine. Small and hot but clean and the kids all enjoyed the food. The toilets were disgusting, had to dodge the puddle of urine on the floor each time we went. The majority of the staff looked like they wanted to be anywhere else apart from one of the receptionists who seemed to be carrying the morale. The staff were on hand with ice packs as required , several kids were knocked over and others had headaches from the heat. In November.

Kids loved it, lots for them to do including slides and obstacle course. Restaurant round the back as well which is handy for the adults while the kids are bouncing! Staff are around inside the trampoline area as well keeping an eye on the kids which is good. As with so many kids activities lately, it is very expensive, so it won't be something we will repeating for some time unfortunately.

Great facility for a wide age range. Only thing I didn’t like was not being able to see the children when they were bouncing. All the children loved it and we’ll definitely visit again. Loved the terrace to relax on while the children were happily entertained.
