   Great service and value at Furniture Warehouse We visited Furniture Warehouse while hunting for a dining table and extra pieces. The showroom was welcoming with no high-pressure sales. Derek and Tony were lovely, listened to what we wanted, and showed us great options, including manager’s specials. We ordered a table set (table, chairs, bench, console, and nests) and collected the table the same day; the other pieces were delivered within a couple of days. Delighted with the quality and value. Highly recommend!

   We found the table and chairs we wanted in the showroom, we were helped but not hassled by the in-store staff. However the fabric we chose was on a long lead time but we were able to change to an alternative after ordering to ensure a pre-christmas delivery which was ideal. Everything was packaged well and arrived without damage or marks. Overall very pleased with our purchase. Only slight disappointment is that despite the name and local trading and manufacturing address the furniture was made on the other side of the world.

   It looks good but the craftsmanship is basic and adjustments were needed to allow cupboard doors to open and close. We got what we paid for and we’ve made it work, but I might not buy online without viewing furniture in person in future.

   What a horrible experience from the beginning. Delivery took ages because courier kept saying it was out for delivery, then wouldn't show up and would say they missed me and submit a black image as evidence. Then when it finally arrived the unit was smashed on one side. I'm not surprised, the packaging is very thin. No point in trying to exchange it as it will probably happen again so now I have to deal with sending it back and waiting for my refund. Don't bother.

   Very disappointing quality. There is nothing Chiltern or Oak about this furniture. There are no quality check processes in place - as advised by the customer services team, the furniture comes from the Far East and they don't bother checking it as it's too much effort to unpack and repack, so they send it straight out. If the item is faulty, you are stuck with it for 2 weeks as the courier they use books collections in 2 weeks in advance. We complained about this as we were stuck with a 2metre TV unit box and they then arranged for DPD collection but this can't be guaranteed as DPD don't do bulky item collections so it is purely at driver's discretion whether they will take it or not. Not the quality or service I expected for £299 TV unit - I would avoid buying from here.

   What fantastic service. Ordered 2 weeks ago and they arrived today dead on the earliest delivery time. Both men were really helpful and polite to my son who was home supervising. It was like Christmas when we got home from work and could not wait to take them out of their boxes (which were superbly packaged) It really was a wow moment. Their quality was second to none. Thank you for making our house a home. Highly recommended. Would give them 10 stars if I could!
