   Very poor just received a notification for cancellation of showing for tomorrow. No reason given they assure me refund will be made, they have also cut number of showings for tomorrow of new Avatar. Would have been nice to know why with one day to go.

   Clean, comfortable seats in the cinema. I ordered a large popcorn, large diet coke and medium diet coke which came to just over £17!!! We had pre-booked the seats in advance. Everyone was polite and friendly. I'd recommend the cinema itself. But would caution against buying the food and drink!

   We would like to see films at this cinema but last time it was too loud. I posted about this and thought I might get a reply from the management but nothing after 3 months. Now when I try to log in I get blocked by their web security. I see that there are references to Autism freindly showings with reduced volume but can't find any reference to this and, being blocked from the website, means I cannot even contact them.

   Staff friendly, food expensive. We were in cinema 5, seats slightly creaky but not as uncomfortable as I'd feared - particularly as someone had said H11 was awful!

   Cinema is convenient with easy parking (currently free). Takes offer tickets and good value family offer tickets. Booster seats available. Food is very pricy (£4 for a packet of Minstrels, a whopping £39.99 for a Superman souvenir popcorn bucket...cute, but not at that price for a bit of plastic!!!!). Cinema was clean, toilets clean. Seats ok, but dated and arm rests, although they had cup holders, were HARD. No covering at all. Leg room ok. Volume loud but not ridiculous. Baskin Robbins Ice cream available, and pick & mix sweets.

   Lovely Cinema. Very clean facilities and staff were really cheerful and friendly. Cinema screen very comfortable and lots of walk space around front of seats so you dont have to squish up when someone wants to leave the row.

   Don't go there. Have to pay for parking on top of cinema ticket, parking machine didn't work, spent 20 mins trying to pay for parking, missed start of the film staff just shrugged!! We walked out. Dreadful place.

   There must be option to watch movies with or without ads, my daughter had to sit and watch 17 minutes of ads before actual movie starts and i would even pay some more money to skip ads.. Besides seats are not designed for young ones like 6 yo..

   Not actually my local cinema. But we were in St Neots on Thursday evening waiting for my daughter at a friend's party. So rather than go home and come back later, we checked out this gem of a Cineworld in the town centre. Staff were all polite and professional. Special thanks to the guy at the poster table checking tickets. He was really helpful and even offered to assist us from the foyer to our seats, with all our hot dog, drinks and nachos!
