this was my first time coming to Amy’s Nails. safe to safely, i will be returning. the nails i asked for… i was given! The man that did my nails gave me advice on the colours and helped me decide when i couldnt make my mind up. They are very easy to talk to, very friendly and polite! They are also budget friendly. For reference, my nails were £42! which i thought was amazing.
Really not happy with the service here i paid £40 1 week ago for a full set of acrylic, I told the lady I didn't want them to long but she did them the length she wanted and ignored my request.3 days later my nail fell off I went back today no offer to fix the nail instead charged me another £12 to remove the nails, so £52 out of pocket and no nails to show for it, after I left the horrible filthy salan the bloke thought it was ok to slag me off to his other customers because I questioned to why I was being charged the extra £12 to remove them when the nails only lasted 3 days! I do not recommend using this place. Healthy safety issues here with his children sat in the salon all day around chemicals why they rip customers off, the place is run down and very dirty
I went in the nail shop recently, and wanted long acrylic nails but than the guy who did my nails said it would be stupid if you had long and charged me another 20 quid as t says outside its 20 quid for acrylic so over all I paid 40 quid for cheap nails and they already feel like there falling off after 2 days and my cuticles on my nail is so high up , and the man was offering alcohol to customers whilst doing my nails , he was rude and asking me questions about my life choices. Do not recommended going here
I have been coming to Amy’s nails for 13 years. Never once have I had a bad experience. Always happy with my nails, they have not once broken or chipped, which is why I return here around every 4-5 weeks for an infill. Staff are all very polite and welcoming. I’ve never once heard them be rude or anything of the sort to any other customers, they are always happy to have customers through the door. I would very much recommend them. Absolutely brilliant at nails couldn’t have had a better experience feel so relaxed always made feel comfortable would definitely recommend to anyone who wants cheap top quality nails
It was very dirty. All the equipment wasn’t sterilised and after cutting the false nails, he wiped them on the floor. Not only this, but he asked for my religious views and proceeded to critics my beliefs. I would not go there again due to the patronising behaviour. “Darling” and “sweetheart”. To be fair, my nails ended up ok, but I was charged £35 for simple acrylics and french tips. I am not going again.
i was told the price was £20, got argued with and scammed, the nails i wanted were refused and they were rough with my nails. the man was vaping in the same room as children and was extremely patronising, calling us darling and sweetheart whenever he had a different opinion. He also sat there and told me my christianity was wrong and that heaven is all fake and i tell myself it’s true to calm me down before i die. Plain rude and dirty. Never again.
