First visit today after recommendation from my sister who goes here. I did use a previous salon in Newcastle, but my last few visits there my nails have not been consistent, or appointment times not kept. Moonlight Nails are fantastic and will definitely be coming here from now on! Very attentive service. I booked an appointment for 12pm and they were ready for me on arrival. Asked what I wanted today and before commencing, offered me a drink (lovely cup of coffee!) The attention paid to my nails was amazing ensuring the perfect shape, length and finish was amazing and their knowledge and recollection of their customers was lovely to see. Thank you for the amazing service today, highly recommended and will be a repeat customer from now on ❤️
I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and I also have an amazing experience! My nails always look incredible and I get so many compliments. The owner is so kind and the price is really good. I’m sadly moving and will miss coming here for my nails, I have so much trust with this place and know that I will always walk out with something beautiful. I couldn’t recommend them enough, this a truly wonderful business. They have a wonderful selection of colours, I love cat eye nails and the selection they have is wonderful! I’ve been visiting this nail salon for a couple of years now but only recently have I been finding the visits really really bad. The guys in the salon are rude and unprofessional, usually playing on fifa at the back or watching football loud in full view of customers or even watching video’s on their phone whilst doing peoples nails. I think they are forgetting that people are paying for quality and service. The past two times I have been for infills I had the young small guy do my nails and both times were different price amounts (way more than I was used to paying) and he has absolutely butchered my fingers with the file. He was extremely rude and I could see how irritated he was with me when HE was burning MY fingers with the electronic file. He had no consideration for how it was hurting me and I’ve walked out after paying £25 for infills with my fingers bleeding and sore. I won’t ever go to this place again I’m disappointed and let down, no wonder the place is always empty now!
Great salon, been here many times now and always been impressed with the service. Staff are friendly, equipment is clean, and there's a large choice of colours to choose from.
