   Having used Tessa for a number of years, I finally got to meet her yesterday. I went to her for training on Xero to do my vat. I was a little nervous, and thought she would make me feel foolish. However, Tessa instantly put me at ease. She is a really good people person, and now if I have any questions, I will not be embarrased to ask her.

   Tessa is professional, efficient and very good indeed at keeping us informed. She is always available at the end of an email and deals with any queries and /or gives advice quickly and succinctly. Tessa deals with the whole gamut of our Self Assessment Taxation from preparation of accounts to the filing of the same with HMRC. We really could not wish for more and wonder what we would do should she decide to retire !! We cannot recommend her and her services enough.
