A very quiet store as it was new year's day. Many bargains at half price. We bought Christmas cards and wrapping paper at half price for next Christmas together with one orctwo gifted for next year at knock down price. The ice rinkbwas busy with you families. The staff were surprisingly cheerful give it was the day after new year's eve!
A fantastic place to visit, especially at this time of year. There is an excellent variety of Christmas gifts, beautifully displayed, and the flowers are truly exquisite. The indoor ice rink was a real highlight and added to the festive atmosphere, with a great hot drinks counter nearby serving lovely warming beverages. We had a great time shopping and thoroughly enjoyed the overall atmosphere — festive, welcoming, and well worth a visit.
We had the best afternoon at the Santa paws afternoon pawsome tea. My dogs Ray & Lola absolutely loved it. They were made a fuss of by the elves and Mrs claus and had their opportunity to meet Santa paws The dogs received their doggie afternoon tea and me and my sisters had ours. All very good value for money and such a fantastic experience. Love Whilton locks
We have attended here 2 years in a row now for our visit to santa. We booked on to the SEN sessions and honestly the best experience. All the staff are are so lovely, patient and just amazing. So interactive with the children and with us. It can be stressful for us but this is far from it. All the decorations are beautiful, the moving reindeer were a hit. The gifts at the toy shop are incredible options for the price. Thank you, we will be attending here every year going forward.
Today my sister in law and I went for a Grinch Afternoon tea. It was fabulous, whilst we went as grown ups the children all looked so very happy and excited to meet the Grinch. Food was great and on theme for Dr Seuss. The team at Whilton Locks are amazing and made the afternoon so special - massive well done from me
Visited for breakfast with Santa. Love this place. Has a lovely family feel. Good plant selection and pet range of products. Parrots too. Huge number of the usual decorative items. Staff are very wonderful. The conservatory was cold though (2nd week December) so ate breakfast in our coats which was not ideal. Hope to visit again for a further mooch around and see what else they offer
You have to try the breakfast, WOW! And they had a great selection of Christmas Decs and fresh trees! Oh and a nice ice skating ring! What more can you want!
Great garden centre, very well stocked of everything and we visited in October. Plants, pots, Christmas display was very impressive and you could see the ice rink being set up. Well worth a visit.
This was the finish point for the Falcon Classic tour, 2nd year running. The buffet plate the cafe prepared for us Falconers was absolutely delicious and served quickly. The staff at the centre are very focused on excellent service and making sure visitors have a good experience.
