   I used to love coming here for my nails and pedicure, but recently it’s hard to justify coming. All the staff are rude, on their phones and eating McDonald’s whilst doing customers nails. The snorting and coughing over us is really disgusting. The whole shop is filthy dirty and there are still Christmas decorations over the floor. Instead of sitting about on phones, maybe it would be an idea to deep clean the shop. Will need to submit this further if it’s not respected as it can’t be hygienic for customers and someone is going to get a nasty infection soon! Please do something about this, if not for your own pride, for your customers!!

   Really a 3.5 this nail salon is average/okay I would say the shellac last quite a while. The women who owns the salon is really good at acrylics and works quickly but the others are average but they can be a bit rough with them when filing them. A good choice of colours the atmosphere is okay music playing so yes would recommend for acrylics or shellac good for the price haven’t had any other services from here.

   Don’t go here, they didn’t seal my nails properly so I got infections in two nails. One also snapped after one day and the finish was awful. I also got abandoned half way through my treatment so they could serve someone else, no explanation. So rude. Colour also faded they said is was shellac and it’s just a cheap alternative. Been having acrylics for 7 years and this has never happened to me before. Absolutely terrible.

   I have been to the salon in the past as it’s local and sometimes I could not get in to my usual spa. Today I was shouted at to sit there! The owner is a loud and very rude woman who was shouting at a young member of staff in Chinese, horrible atmosphere, filthy salon and absolutely no customer service. I had asked for a pedicure but after ten minutes listening to shouting and myself being spoken to like a piece of dirt I walked out. Never will I visit this awful sham of a business again!
