Twice in the past few weeks have needed a florist to have flowers delivered locally and as I like to support local businesses I tried Chipperfields in Eastbourne. I rang them for the 1st one as don't drive after reading reviews on various other florists . I told them what I needed and we discussed different options . I found them very helpful and reasonable and was even sent a photo of the display on my mobile that they'd delivered . They looked lovely and the recipient thanked me for the lovely flowers . So when I was in need again of flowers to be sent locally this time to the crematorium I rang them again and had the same very good service . This time I saw the flowers as went to the funeral and the display was beautiful. I would definitely recommend Chipperfields and will be using them in the future if in need of a local delivery
Just had a beautiful bouquet delivered to an elderly relative in Eastbourne. Ordering from overseas is always problematic but I needn't have been concerned. The flowers were fresh and plentiful and were the colours I specified. It made our elderly relative very happy. I've asked for a reminder for Christmas. Thank you Chipperfields.
I’ve come to this florist before and was pleased with the bouquet I received, but recently I purchased a bouquet of flowers for £40 and I was very disappointed with the service. My mum has just had a major operation and I wanted to get her a bouquet of flowers as a get well present. I went to the florist on the bank holiday weekend and arrived at 9:30am, the time in which the florist was advertised to open. The florist wasn’t in and didn’t get there until about 9:50am when I rang her. This was fine as I didn’t mind waiting. When I explained to her who the flowers were for and why, she asked me what design I wanted. I picked the pink bouquet in a photo display and said I would come and collect them the following Saturday 6th April. I arrived at 11am to pick up the flowers, but when I asked for them she told me she hadn’t started them yet so she got to work building the bouquet. I waited 15 minutes for her to gather some flowers and when she gave me the bouquet, it wasn’t what I asked for. I didn’t want to wait any longer because we had just taken our cat to the vets and he was in the car stressed, so I left without saying anything. The bouquet was lovely but it wasn’t what I asked for so I felt let down. My sister then emailed her to let her know of our disappointment, especially as it was for my mum who had just had a major operation, but we received no response. I wasn’t planning on writing a review as I know these things can happen, but a courtesy email back to my sister apologising would have helped made the mistake feel a bit better.
I used this florist although I did not know them, I told Janet what I wanted for the funeral of a friend. My friends daughter sent me a photo of the flowers which were just what I asked for. Thank you so much.

Fantastic! I will definitely use again! I selected the 'brilliance' bouquet and decided to upgrade to "medium" I also asked for a morning delivery. Ordering flowers has never been easier, they are absolutely stunning and my mum was over the moon. I looked up a local florist close to my mothers address as I am currently living in Canada, I was expecting some delay in service or something to go wrong but it didnt!! Seemless ordering and perfection upon delivery! The box of chocolates is large too so you get your money's worth! Thank you to the team at chipperfields! I will use again!!
