   Honestly the best place to get your nails or eyes done or to get a massages in the whole county. The standard here is better than I have ever found and I have lived all over the world and been to some really well-known salons. I get my nails done here each month and look forward to the chat, the attention to detail and the general care I get from Alicia. Anna does my eyelashes and brows and is second to none when it comes to skill. And the massages are so good, my whole family have now been in and also rave about them. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I literally cannot fault any of the services offered here. The women are so lovely and genuine and skilled, it feels like the treat it should be to go in for any appointment. Thank you Anna and team.

   Customer service was awful. Was unable to make another appointment so they charged me anyway. Would not refund because of their policy even though I was experiencing tragic personal issues. No empathy towards my circumstances what so ever. Still waiting for a refund. Would not recommend. UPDATE. Thank you for your very business like reply and I hope you enjoy my money for Christmas. But still think that your customer service is not above and beyond. Yes you have 5 star reviews but there was another 1 star review about your telephone manner. Thank you for banning me. Have never experienced anything like it and happy not to return.

   Had a really lovely experience here, got a manicure from Ellie, she was really patient, friendly, and gentle with my hands. The salon itself is beautifully decorated, feels very clean and modern, I loved the bird wallpaper!

   Had a nose wax followed by men’s facial with Ellie. The nose wax seems to have really helped with my allergies. Wasn’t very painful and done quickly. Will just make your eyes water a bit. The facial was exactly what was needed. Lots of potions, steam, massage. Cleansing and relaxing. Skin and hair feeling good. Don’t let fragile masculinity allow you to miss out on positive experiences in life and get yourselves booked in.

   Have had acrylic nails done by Lauren twice. Wonderful service and the salon is beautifully decorated! After having my acrylics done recently I noticed that my nails didn't quite have the same holographic effect that I liked and Lauren managed to fit me in two days later to redo them :) would definitely recommend!

   I moved to Shrewsbury four years ago and tried many different beauty salons. None of them I felt comfortable, I felt like if weren’t a regular they weren’t interested. UNTIL I came to The House of Beauty! I booked nails with Ellie and she was lovely everyone one in the salon made me feel so welcome. When getting my nails done I heard Anna talking to a client about their brows and I thought I need her to do mine. She takes her time and explains what she is doing. It is just a beauty salon so no hair dryers going off, and loud people trying to talk over them, it’s so relaxing. I have also been for a massage and that was amazing. I couldn’t recommended the salon and the team enough. If you’re looking for a salon in Shrewsbury look no further!! I have just moved back home up north and am dreading having to find someone else after 4 years of coming to The House of Beauty!!

   I moved from Manchester almost 2 years ago, at first I tried continuing to use my nail tech in Manchester before trying to find a salon to use here. I googled and found THOB and read the reviews, the Instagram page and decided to try them, I’m so glad I did. The ladies are so lovely and kind, they’re also very attentive. I originally was coming in for acrylic nails having had a bad BIAB experience (breaking nails etc) and they’ve recommended plexigel (similar to BIAB but stronger and better) my nails are now so healthy and long. The ladies, especially Lauren, always do a fab job and I’m regularly complemented on my nails. There’s a nice relaxed atmosphere when you’re there at the salon. Can’t recommend them enough.

   I had a deep cleanse facial with Ellie and I couldn't recommend House of Beauty enough! It was my first ever facial and Ellie made me feel so at ease, she set up the room so it smelt INCREDIBLE and was just such a relaxing vibe - I was SO close to dozing off! The products she used smelt insane and felt so nice on my skin and the relaxing massage whilst I had a mask on was fabulous! My skin felt and still feels incredible and I will definitely be booking in regularly! Thanks Ellie!!

   I’ve been using The House of Beauty for nearly two years now and it is faultless. I really lucked out in finding this salon post lock down and a recent move to Shrewsbury. Anna, Lauren and Ellie are all lovely and amazing at what they do. I would not trust my brows and nails with anywhere else. It’s a really professional and friendly set up. Definitely Shewsbury’s number one salon.
