   Used Argos in daventry all over Xmas but they still have 3 parcels of mine. I have tracked them to the store but the staff say they are missing. I spoke to one of the girls in there and she explained to me that the manager Simon takes the parcels home if they are not collected within a few days. I asked to see him and was approached by a scruffy chap he came at me straight away with a attitude and lots of abuse I don’t know what he done to get this position he is not qualified to stack shelf’s and a bath would not hurt him. I would highly recommend avoiding this store and especially Simon he is vile and power mad, needless to say I did not get my parcels but the way I was spoke to and treated he can keep them it’s not worth it.

   I really do not understand where all the bad reviews are coming from for this Argos, I personally have received quick and professional service from this particular location, and I'm really glad we do have this place as it would be a pain to travel to rugby or Northampton every time I wanted to use an Argos.

   Just collected a parcel from here , the staff are rude there was some confusion as to was it one parcel or 2.. having established it was one as we were leaving I turned around to see the woman who served us was making rude faces to her colleague about us and gesturing at us .. Rude customer service had I got her name I would of named her too ..

   Worse Argos ever! Went yesterday with a faulty item that we just purchased on Monday, the store manager didn’t even say hello to us or asked us what’s the problem with the item, he talked only with his colleague (the one that we’ve talked about the problem that the item has).Short story, he will not refund or replace my item I have to contact the manufacturer as is my problem. Bad attitude from the manager. Amazon from now on, at least they will change a faulty item.

   Rubbish service from the manager on shift yesterday Friday the 3rd approx 2pm also with the older lady. Immediately treated badly upon walking in as if we were criminals…. Only to return an item we had purchased a week before. We were refused returns because she didn’t know what was supposed to be including and what wasn’t and she tried to accuse us of using it and then bringing it back. Whispering to each other etc it was really pathetic. Drove to the next nearest argos and they accepted the return with no issues at all. It was an £800 camera. How can it not be returned when it’s in the box as it came with all the things included?

   Travelled from Banbury to Daventry to get a particular shelving unit for my Mum. Couldn't have been happier with the service. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a very heavy two part item , and the young chap met me at the back door , and carried both items to my car and loaded them in for me. Thank you for a great service. Will be back to shop there again.

   Really great customer service. Was purchasing a bbq at the time and they were really kind at offering me help carry it to my car and making sure it wasn't too heavy for me and that I could manage it. Fast service too, I had reserved the item and just walked in (No queue) and paid for it, 30 seconds (if that) I was with my bbq.
