such a shame, paid extra for the "nicer" seats but they are not very comfortable. dont even recline slightly or anything. Now understand why cineworld is more popular. Having said that, the staff are all very nice and welcoming.
The parking is very easy to find and it has a lot of space. No queue and the staff were very helpful for my first time being there.They were very precise and explained everything that we didn’t understood about the family pack menu and so on. The seats on the other hand, were a bit dirty, the same goes to the walls and floor. A bit boring that you have to wait for 30min for commercials, so the movie didn’t started exactly when it had to. At the end, they waited for everyone who had to use the toilet and wished a “good night and hope to see you soon!”.
Easy online booking. Very comfortable and spacious seating. Friendly and helpful staff. Very enjoyable visit but I just don't get how they can justify their prices for sweets, popcorn etc, extortionate.
Wow. Honestly. One of the worst cinemas I have been to. If I wanted to pay by card, I had to pay at a self serve kiosk. If I wanted to pay by cash I had to pay at the food and drink bar. I wanted food but wanted to pay by card all at once... Possible? No. The staff were friendly and doing their job, but odeon, get your act together. 12.50 for the worst seats I have ever had the misfortune of sitting in, and I have been flying Ryan air the last 12 months for work. Cinema 7 is disgusting. You can see the dirt on the head rests from people's skin oils and dandruff. There is rubbish all over the floor and the carpets are manky. I won't be going back here. Also, shorter rant... Drink and sweets. £7... I was expecting that to be honest... Still managed to surprise me though. Lol
Very neat and clean, helpful staff and easy to use pre-order menu etc. Tickets are a lot more affordable compared to the competition nearby. The sound system in Screen 1 was really good but something odd about the screen itself, it felt a little outdated (or was it something to do with the film itself?)
I almost always used this cinema, because it hardly has any customers when i go there during the day! There are always enough staff and they are helpful each time. It's quick to get into my seat and find the right screen too
Beautiful place ,the row of seats on the sides are a bit cramped for leg room but cinema was great !
