    Very disappointing. As a professional letting agency we were loyal to Jon as our main appliance repair specialist for 10 years or more and were very happy with his work and service. One day he disappeared - with one of our client's dishwashers! Literally took it for repair and never returned it. He could not be contacted after that date despite our many attempts to simply ask for it back (even if it couldn't be repaired). This was in the Summer of 2021. We were obliged to purchase a new dishwasher for our client at some cost. I have never received any explanation or contact from this business since.

    Very unprofessional person, DO NOT use this person. Promises to fix problem takes the call out money and never answers or returns your calls. Con man for sure. Business not registered with Companies House either.
