I have had the boys deliver to me before a few years ago when I had a cooker. Today in the storm they delivered my washing machine. With a smile and so polite. Thankyou guys and thanks Lynette in shop for having patience.

Collected my 5 year old condenser dryer that was intermittent. They couldn't find a fault with it in the workshop, but from experience, suggested what the issue may be. Due to the cost, they adviced to buy a new machine (but I'm rather fond of what o have..), so went ahead with the fix. 18 months later and still working! Saved me £>200. Fantastic communication and service. My machine was delivered back on time and with care. 100% recommend.
I rang this company late on a Wednesday afternoon, their employees came early Thursday to collect my tumble drier for repair, they then rang early Friday morning to say it was all ready and arranged to return the drier. Incredible service, very reasonable price and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them.
H Phillips are my local repair agent for my washer/dryer. Had a few problems and they have provided excellent service. Helpful and friendly on the phone, turn up when they say and know what they are talking about. The latest repair involved my machine going back to their workshops. Collected before 10am on the Tuesday and was back by 10am on tue Thursday. They provide a friendly "local business" type of service which is a rarity these days.
Had an issue with the heating element in our oven over the weekend. Phoned the shop and they were around first thing on Monday to fix it. Fantastic service all round.
Excellent service. Called out to look at washing machine fault. Engineers arrived on time, diagnosed fault quickly and repaired it straight away as no parts required. Also relevelled and secured the dishwasher while they were here! Very friendly and polite. Only charged the basic call-out fee, which was a third of what Candy quoted. Would recommend highly.
