   Left my car for a diagnostic. Charged me £400 just to check what’s wrong with the vehicle and gave me a quote £3000 to fix it. Took it to another garage they fixed the problem for £100 and my car was fixed within 1hr. Avoid if you don’t want to be ripped off.

   Took our van here after AA recommended. We rang every day to see if they'd looked at it. Every day, we got a different excuse as to why they hadn't. After a week of no progress, we gave up and took it away again. Poor communication.

   Can highly recommend this company, with 25y+ experience in just one of they're technicians, my starting/egr/drive-train issue that Citroen failed to investigate fully was diagnosed within 30 minutes and without the attitude I'd received from the dealership, going on about how busy they were, DIYer' fixing they're own vehicles using non-standard parts, internet, forums, amateurs blah blah blah prompted me to look elsewhere. Yes, I could have returned it to the dealership for them to have another look but the trust isn't there due to they're attitude. City Electro checked everything, sorted the main issue and clarified any worries I had. In fairness to the dealership the action they took fixed the one issue but I had complained about it not starting easily, they just did the easiest solution which happened to cure one fault.
