   My wife was told by her insurance company, Churchill, to take her Fiesta to Vauxhall FRF Motors Swansea in order to have a dent repaired in the front passenger door, caused by a driver reversing into the side of her vehicle. However, in our opinion, the dent was not so bad that it warranted a new door; nevertheless, FRF replaced it at a cost of around three thousand five hundred pounds. And, since having the car returned to us, we have had a serious leak coming from the door that they replaced, and in our opinion, not fitted properly. The vehicle has been back to FRF twice and still the leak has not been fixed. Therefore, they have created a problem that was not there before and have so far failed to rectify it. We are now looking to take this matter further with both Churchill insurance and by other means.

   Firstly, absolute nightmare to park, I sent photos of the damage to our scenic, they told me the parts were in 2 weeks ago so dropped the car off for repair but now They tell me the parts are on order and could they couldn't give me a completion date. I contacted them again today as I need the car back ASAP and they said there's nothing they can do about it as they already stripped the car. Now I'm stuck without a suitable car to take a wheelchair and Zimmer frame in. I can't understand why they stripped the car if the parts haven't come in. The parking is an absolute joke there, they even blocked the disabled parking bays with damaged vehicles waiting for repair. I will never recommend frf to anyone. Michael who works there was the only tidy one to talk too.

   just been to get my car repaired and collect courtesy car from FRF accident repair centre and this is the state of the car they wanted to give me. when i complained the attitude of the manager was the cars come in and go straight out and he wasnt bothered,the car was filthy.the reception staff were friendly and helpful and went to look for a cleaner one but after the attitude of the manager there was no way i was leaving my car there to be repaired.i got back in touch with my car insurer and sent them the photos and i have now found a different repairer

   Don’t expect this company to conform to a schedule. They’ll give you a date, but they work according to their own timing and they’ll even throw a white-lie in there for you also. Staff are rather rude also. To sum up this company, a fellow frustrated customer arrived there the same time as me and she said “if my car isn’t ready today, who am I going to kill first?”. That sums up the frustration. Also understaffed or FRF don’t mind allowing the phone just to ring like no one’s home. Please people, have a think before you use this shambolic company. If you adhere to time and dates, this company is NOT for you. You’ve been warned.

   I would give this place less than one star! Extremely rude staff and management, they have no manners to deal with customers. Work on the car absolutely shoddy, they just want to use cheap aftermarket parts and pass their repairs off as safe, when clearly they are purposely cutting corners. Stay away from here, there are so many more professional places out there

   Great experience down at FRF Accident Repair Centre the staff were very helpful and friendly through the time I spent there . The overall job carried out on my car was superb and the paintwork is perfect. Would recommend to anyone for any work needed on their car. Thanks to the team there for a great and easy experience.

   On arrival with my car I struggled to find a parking space, some vehicles were double parked. I didn't see a sign for an overflow carpark, so I can't comment on one being available. Once I introduced myself in reception everything went smoothly from checking in my vehicle, up to the vehicle inspector doing what he needed to do. He was open to questions and answered as best he could.
