I was there on bp charger and I wanna use toilet there because is long way from there to London by car but they refuse me to use toilet , explained is just for guest and staff , I’m a customer when I use charger on your car park .

I tried to book a room and they quoted me 90 pounds a night but then realised they had booked them all out for free to migrants … apparently now it’s free depending on your nationality

Lovely rooms with a great breakfast area where groups can gather. Good selection of items, including gluten free options. Everything you needed was in the room, including an iron and a hairdryer you could use in front of the mirror. Very comfy beds and I appreciated the desk and chair.

Clean tidy. First time visitors and reception was friendly. Hall ways and room clean and tidy. Shower was immaculately clean. House keeping clearly take pride in the up keep of the hotel. I think this was the cleanest holiday inn I have stayed in. Well done to all the staff especially the house keeps for keeping such a big place clean and above all the other holiday inns I have visited.

Needed to charge my car to get home. Simply left my vehicle with my dog on leash to let him stretch his legs. A staff member came out shouting that I needed to leave immediately as I was on private property. Clearly wasn't allowed to walk around the carpark as I was "endangering children" which there was none in sight. Clearly woman had a vendetta. Glad I didn't stay the night, from other reviews it sounds like the staff are pretty dire. So I stayed in the car after a 4 hour journey and waited for it to charge (on a public charging terminal) on their private property since I wasn't allowed to breathe their air

Lovely sized rooms, modern, clean. I often say friendly staff but this were exceptional staff, very helpful. Lovely breakfast, organised well. Ideal for local wedding venue. Would stay again.

Hotel room was nice. However breakfast was terrible, cold food, very poor experience. The breakfast area was not good. The chairs were filthy and stained and fixed seating so you have to squeeze yourself into a table. The coffee machine, well that was another level, we thought a latte was made of milk but not according to this machine! Worst breakfast experience ever!

A good hotel near the beautiful village of Flore. Clean room, friendly staff and a really sound cooked breakfast! The bed wasn't the best, but overall I'd use this hotel again

Great room, breakfast was included and had a wide variety of options. The design and aesthetics of the interior were very good and the staff were incredibly helpful. Didn't get five stars as I have a family of five and was only able to get a room with two double beds for all of us. Otherwise it was great. Would definitely recommend.
