The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I’ve visited a couple of times and my experience has been exceptional. I think I’ve found my new regular salon for nails. Cannot wait to try out the pamper packages.
I have been a customer of Tranquility for years. I love going and have tried most treatments. My favourite is having a pedicure and a Pro 60 facial ....the staff are amazing and I know they always make you feel pampered and relaxed.
The experience itself was lovely, all the staff were very welcoming and helpful. However the actual results leave a lot to be desired. I booked for a manicure and pedicure with shellac polish and nail art. The woman that served me seemed to struggle with what I'd requested even though I checked before hand if she could do what I wanted (simple stars and moons then a triple goddess symbol spread over 3 nails) they look okay but some of the details are patchy and look rough like I'd done them myself. And the finish is patchy in some areas especially the sides of my thumb nails. The real disappointment came from my mother's nails. She was booked in for the same as me but definitely did not receive it. She was served by a different woman who seemed new. All was going well until it came to the nail art, the woman tried twice to replicate the art my mother had supplied (again we checked before starting that the art was okay). Ultimately the art was abandoned and my mother asked if she could simply have glitter, though this wasn't available. The real kicker is that it hasn't even been a week and both me and my mother have experienced the nails peeling off both our hands and feet. I really hate to write such a poor review as the staff were very nice people but the service left a lot to be desired.

I had my eyebrows laminated for the first time here. It was a lovely experience! The lady explained the process in detail and made me feel at ease, im looking forward to my next appointment
Really lovely place and staff. I had a half day package gifted to me and i really enjoyed it. I will be booking myself some more lovely treatments for my 40th ! Highly recommended - fella’s, treat your other half and send them here !
