   Had a leaky rad valve of Xmas period. Date confirmed to make repairs within two days. James came on time, carried out repairs within seconds. No mess, would most definitely use him again . So much so we’ve booked him to change all radiators downstairs. Would definitely give 5 stars.

Thankfully, James was able to come to my home very quickly to address the problem. He was incredibly friendly and efficient in his service.    We can’t thank James enough for transforming our bathroom. What was once a dated 1970s avocado-green suite is now a stunning, modern space with beautiful marble floors and walls. It’s completely unrecognisable — it doesn’t even feel like the same room! James went above and beyond throughout the whole project, and his attention to detail is exceptional. We’re absolutely thrilled with the result and would highly recommend him to anyone.

   We had James and Rich come in to fix our bathroom, was a difficult job as it wasn't just a case of putting a bathroom in but also fixing the mess left behind by the previous fitter. They knocked it out of the park, the new bathroom is so much better to use, it feels like a totally different room. They both took excellent care of the house as well, making sure not to bump or damage things when moving tools in, kept mess to a minimum and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Would have them back happily.

   This week James and Richard have installed my daughter’s shower. I met James from Checkatrade when he came as an emergency plumber to stop loss of pressure to a new central heating system. He arranged a builder to dig up 23 tiles and identify the problem areas. Starting at 19:00 he took 3 hours to remove old pipes and install a secure system. He sent parts of a quadrant shower, searching for the best value for money. The transformation has impressed friends. My granddaughter was happy to be the first to try shower. She and Grace are happy with the shower. The five golden stars are well deserved.

   I am very pleased with my new bathroom. James and Richard (Prism tiling) arrived as planned, offered advice when I needed it and helped me to achieve the bathroom I wanted.    James came and gave me a quote for putting water into my detached garage. Not an easy job but he gave me options and worked out the best way. His price was very fair and he said he could do it in a day. It included digging trenches through my grass and down the side of the garage. Everything was done in a day and he put everything back as he found it and his workmate John tidied in everything beautiful. James was very polite and we first class in all he did. I will be using him again and would recommend him for any plumbing jobs you have. He even fixed a small leak under the sink. If I could give 6 stars I would.
