   Would leave a high minus point if I could Apart from Dr Rumsby this surgery is uncaring They DON’T listen to patients at all. They never keep their Reception staff for long . And the practice manager never sees patients when they ask about concerns about the surgery I was told to move surgeries if I wasn’t happy after having a mental health crisis last year with No help from them. I apologised to the receptionist I was shouted at and then moved to another surgery in the city on the advice of another ex patient

   10 STARS !!!!!!!! Love everybody here, always get quick service respond within 12 hours even though I clicked can wait a few days, toilets are very clean, and complimentary hand sanitiser, they even have automatic doors, what a vibe, recommend to anyone who needs to see a doctor or for a general chat. LIVE LAUGH LOVE.

   Would leave zero stars if i could 2 really bad experiences 1 was having to beg to be referred to see a gynaecologist after being in agony and dismissed my symptoms and second time was today the phone-call left me feeling emotionally drained and doctor was extremely rude and had a stigma for mounjaro for some reason. My husband has to literally force me to attend appointments. Because i know i will just be watching them tap on the computer and be dismissed as quickly as i came through the door. Walking out those doors knowing you're alone is the worst feeling.

   Receptionist dont pass msg on they think they are drs and are very abrupt no empathy or compassion drs seem uninterested in helping and have a terrible habit of putting everything down to depression!!am trying to slowly withdraw from zopiclone after years of being on them read up abt how to do it safely and supervised as withdrawal symptoms include hallucinations and seizures im 62 and live alone so its obviously got to be done slowly and carefully one of the drs took it upon herself to just suddenly stop them!!!! Without any help for withdrawal symptoms I couldn't do it ..it was to unsafe so had to start buying the zopiclone on the web!!! They are doing nothing to help me and the dr that just stopped them could have caused me some serious problems I will be putting in a official complaint....I rang tues to ask for phone call to find out where we are at and got a txt bk saying g dr will ring me dec 1st!!!!! Another month of illegal zopiclone God knows what's in them if there was a drs closer id definitely leave this awful one but its closest and im disabled n dont drive but am appalled at the behaviour of drs and rudeness of reception staff id like to give it a 0

   This surgery is really going up and down and I don't think it will ever be good! Receptionists are rude, They do everything on triage so people end up going to A&E because they can't get an appointment with the doctor. They don't take you seriously or don't listen to what you have to say, Got laughed at over the phone yesterday when I asked what my blood tests are for. Honestly I had a phonecall from Dr Obvious Chikore yesterday who couldn't get me off the phone quick enough when I was talking about serious stuff!!! Like it is your job to help patients this place does far from that honestly would give you 0 star if I could!!!!
