Lucie was so friendly and professional throughout and made my niece feel very comfortable for her first ear lobe piercing (age 10) explaining the process perfectly as she went along. She even ordered in the gold star studs my niece had set her heart on! A first class experience and would highly recommend!

I went to get my first piercing with Lucie and she was incredible! I was very nervous before I got it done and she was so kind and made me feel relaxed before having my ears pierced.
