I go there most Wednesday for the overwatch community nights. Both the staff and other customers are super friendly. I can't recommend it enough.
Always a great time whenever I go, the staff are just so kind and helpful with everything. I always leave smiling. The community around the arena is awesome with people coming from all around the place to play together and play together or events for prizes.
