   My oven blew and took out the RCD. I replaced the heating element but nothing started, so I assumed it was something bigger, and outside my comfort zone. I contacted Beta, who phoned back immediately and helped me realise I'd been stupid and forgotten to reset the digital clock back to manual when I powered it up again. He could have come out, charged me a call out fee, and pretended it was something expensive - but he didn't. An absolute star!

   Great service from this company. Telephoned to explain that I had a problem with the drum on my Samsung washer/dryer. He asked a few simple questions and then advised that, in his opinion, it was unlikely that it would be possible or economical to repair it. I was so disappointed, mainly due to the fact that the washer/dryer was only 2 years 5 months old and had cost over £700. He must have sensed this and asked if I wanted him to call to look at the appliance anyway to confirm his opinion. I said I would appreciate it if he called in. 1 hour later he was with me and did confirm that the washer was completely irreparable. I asked how much I owed him and he said absolutely nothing he was just sorry that there was nothing he could do. Many another company would have charged a call out fee of at leat £50 so, I cannot believe that this man would travel to me, review the appliance,advise as to the fact that repair was not possible but charge absolutely nothing!!! Thank you Beta Repair for your professionalism, courtesy and fantastic customer service

   Professional, friendly, good value and very quick! My oven stopped heating, he came out the same day and at the time he said & cost within the estimate he gave over the phone. I'd just made a cuppa before he arrived (he declined one), but diagnosed the problem, replaced the part & got it working again before my tea had cooled! I would not hesitate to recommend and use again - thanks very much indeed. Ad.

   Honest, Quick, and Friendly. Called this company to come and fix our washing machine. We were very happy when he told us that there were no faults, we had been using wrong settings.
