First class service. My father is a nonagenarian and I was unable get down to help and sort. Dan was brilliant, as others have said, turned up on time when he said he would, ordered all parts, returned and fitted them when he said he would. Diagnosed on Friday afternoon and all up and working Monday afternoon. All dealt with on the phone. Fantastic service and would certainly recommend

Made an appointment which was confirmed and nobody turned up. Dan didn't respond to messages asking what happened to the appointment. I chose this firm due to good reviews, not my experience unfortunately. Disappointing as I waited 3 days for the appointment when I could have booked a different plumber and the problem be fixed already. EDIT: Finally received this joke of a response from Dan after 6pm on the day of the appointment. Unprofessional response and service. "OMG. I'm so sorry I totally forgot :( I've been on a hard boiler install and multiplied other things. I hope I havnt inconvenienced you too much :/ I am really sorry"

Dan immediately replied to my initial communication, he viewed and assessed my request for a combi boiler conversion and bathroom rearranging free of charge. He then commenced the work needed quickly and completed it earlier than planned. Very happy with what's been carried out. Highly recommended. We will be calling Dan for our annual servicing from now on.
