   I attended at 2.45 and rung the doorbell as advised, after a few minutes a man opened the door asked “what do you want?” And without allowing me to answer said “we are closed” and promptly closed the door, Rude and unhelpful I’ll take my business elsewhere.

He has resized bracelets and helped me with an engraving over my last few visits and has always given me an amazing service - he listens carefully and understands what is needed.    Saw a ring being sold through the Facebook page, made to order. Was super special so bought it straight away for my husband, and although I’m in north Wales I had the ring by the next day. The ring was a little big (I measured wrong) and Kyle bent over backwards to work around me and the distance to get it resized. Husband over the moon with his ring! Thank you

   Went in to fix my wedding ring after it split. Owner was really welcoming and understanding. Was honest with me about my options and when I left it with him to be fixed he did it so quickly and left no marks. Could never tell it was broken! Fab service.

   I needed a new watch battery and few links taken out. I thought I needed two links out but they took the time to check how it looked on my wrist. They recommended three, and now it fits perfectly! Took only two minutes to do the job and now my watch is ticking away nicely and not falling off my wrist. I liked the look of a new watch there too. I didn't buy it but I was able to try it on and wasn't pressured for the sale at all. Couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend!! :)
