   Shocking business. “Scammed” (verb, past tense of scam) means: To be cheated or defrauded, especially by someone who tricks you into giving them money or something of value. Went for a free trial and paid the joining fee. Took my daughter twice, and she was completely blanked by the so called 'coaches' on both occasions. I still had 2 free sessions left but cancelled my trail. 2 weeks later, £60 out of my bank. I called them and they said we cannot refund, you should have called. I will raise a dispute with my bank and I will get my money back.

   I’m really disappointed with our experience at Gymfinity MK today. My daughter felt completely ignored by her coach, Jacob. He greeted the other two girls in her group but didn’t acknowledge her at all. After their warm-up, the group spent around 15 minutes sitting and chatting before actually starting gymnastics. When my daughter asked for help on the bar, she was ignored until he was ready to speak to her. Out of a one-hour session, about half of it felt wasted, and she came out upset and feeling like she’d failed — which no child should feel after a class that’s meant to build confidence. As a parent, it’s upsetting to see her treated this way. I hope Gymfinity take this feedback seriously and ensure all children are included and supported equally. This isn't a cheap sports, and my daughter really enjoys gymnastics and she truly is fantastic. My daughter used to be with bushra who truly is fantastic.

   Awful pretend club! They must spend all of their money on advertising and not on finding quality coaches. The fees are super high for what is essentially soft play with "coaches". My daughters haven't progressed at all. The coaches are different every session and the classes are very large in size. I think they are often short staffed and have to join classes. My eldest daughter is an excellent gymnast and we were hoping she would join the squad after we recently moved to MK and needed a new club for her. However on seeing the squad sessions whilst I wait for my youngest, I will be enrolling her elsewhere. I'm not sure any of the coaches are fully trained in gymnastics and the squad standard is disappointing. The other classes are just "trying gymnastics" not even rec classes and often with uninterested coaches/session leaders/play staff. A friend told me this was an excellent club going back years ago, and worth trying - it definitely isn't now. Disorganised, money grabbing and terrible quality of classes in our opinion.

   I am very pleased with this children's gym. I've tried it elsewhere, but it's best here. Clean, organized , nice staff and everything necessary. My daughter is very happy here and I am happy. I recommend this place if you want to give your child a gym class!

   We have been members for about a year now. My daughter was hesitant to go at first but absolutely loves going there to have fun but also learn. Her coach Jacob is fantastic! Tries his best to ensure the children have a go independently at all the different activities for the day. Really impressed with them.

   Our kids love their Ninja classes! Fantastic team, great approach and always ready to help. Classes are easy to book, move or substitute if you are unable to attend. Kids are motivated by award system and level diplomas to enjoy the improvements and learn to naturally compete. I highly recommend this activity for kids!

   Our children (girl aged 7, boy aged 9) have been attending Gymnastics/Ninjas for a few years now. Their confidence, social skills as well as their fitness and flexibility have improved as a result of their weekly sessions. Caitlin has worked tirelessly with our daughter to refine her skills and Jerome had proven to be an exemplary role model to our son. I would highly recommend for all the reasons above.

   Both our children go here and it's honestly amazing! All the staff are so friendly and caring. Our daughter (6) has joined one of their squads and Caitlin, her coach, has been amazing with her! We all love it there and cannot wait to see how far the kids will go with the coaches help!

   Both my niece and my nephew have been attending gymfinity for a couple years now and they’ve both flourished wonderfully! I love attending their performances and watching their progress, a wonderful example of great staff and trainers for these kids! The staff are also very very friendly and are good with the kids! Zareen is my absolute favourite person and so lovely!! Nobody asked me but she should have a pay rise! :)

   Both of my children have been attending here for a couple of years. My son does the ninja knights and my daughter does gymnastics. My son has additional needs and struggles with his co-ordination and strength but he has come on leaps and bounds and has been supported and encouraged by his coach David. My daughter loves gymnastics and it is the highlight of her week! The gym is clean, well maintained, spacious and the staff are all friendly and helpful. I recommend it highly!
