When I first contacted Danny my mind was on a state of anxiety, too busy overthinking the negatives of the events to focus on how to get out of the loophole. So I asked for Danny’s help. And the topics I thought would take the full program to get resolved, actually took a couple of hours which allowed me to work on many events throughout the program. Danny’s program and expertise helped me to understand that all is a matter of perspective, all is a matter on how we seek protection and how we sometimes are trapped on a negative event only to learn something from it but then we need to let it go. I could not recommend enough this professional and program! It changed my life in many aspects! And even though there is still work to do, Danny gave me numerous tools that I am taking with me to continue my journey. This program helped me see the Confident Woman I am! Thank you for everything Danny!

I started working with Danny because I was looking for some real change, both personally and in my business. What sets Danny apart is his incredible knack for picking up on the little things—like a tiny shift in how you sit or a change in the way you talk—that clue him into what's really going on in your head. It's pretty amazing how he uses these insights to dig into past experiences that might be holding you back. Danny has this way of making you see things differently, offering up tools and strategies that are super practical and easy to use every day. This wasn't about diving into deep trauma for me; it was more about tweaking how I think and approach things, which has been a game-changer. It's helped me get out of my own way, weigh my options more clearly, and stop feeling so stuck all the time. One of the biggest wins for me has been getting off the emotional rollercoaster that comes with running your own show. Danny's techniques have brought a lot more balance to my life, making it easier to take the good with the bad and keep moving my business forward. I can't recommend Danny enough. Not only is he a pro at what he does, but he also brings a sense of humour and lightness to the work, making every session something to look forward to.

I was unsure what to expect from the therapy, but I was so in need of help and therefore booked my sessions, which I must say have been invaluable. After 12 weeks, I am a completely different person, and I am so glad I picked up the phone to get the support I so desperately needed. I felt completely at ease when discussing my issues with Danny. I have never been able to speak about my issues with my dearest and nearest. However, during each session with Danny I was able to express the most difficult emotions I was holding onto and 12 weeks later, I feel like I have found myself again and feel so much happy and stronger. Thank you Danny for all your help and support through this journey!!!!

I have just finished my last session with Danny. Danny has helped me a lot in the last year and as a result I have seen so much progress in my personal life since I came to see him. I am very happy with where I am right now in all areas of my life and going to therapy has played a huge role in that. I am also very happy to say that Danny has helped me with many practical things that I can continue to use as coping mechanisms even when not going to therapy.

I approached Danny during a challenging time in my life, which left me feeling poorly equipped and overwhelmed in dealing with re-emerging feelings of anxiety, anger and pain. Having tried different types of cognitive therapy, I was expecting a long road to recovery. I was shocked how effective and practical Danny’s approach is, which works with the biochemistry of the body focusing on visuals and audio related memory that trigger painful and traumatic feelings stored in our subconscious. It’s been a life changing six weeks, which have filled me with hope when there was none, have helped me to release and process long held self-limiting beliefs, feelings of pain and anxiety, which were limiting the quality of my life and of my immediate family. I have been given tools to manoeuvre challenging situations more effectively, which has given me a sense of empowerment to drive positive change through leading by example. I couldn’t be more grateful.

I was recommended to contact Danny following my separation from my wife of 17 years. For myself I had retired 5 years ago and possibly with restrictions that Covid imposed became a little withdrawn emotionally whilst my wife continued working and I became a personal assistant to two clients offering support for 20 hours per week. I decided to move out of my home to stay with a friend. I started to rethink what I needed to do, to get some purpose and positivity back in my life as my trajectory was spiralling downwards, as each day I was thinking of the last 17 years and how I had failed. I started going to the Gym x3 per week [to kick start the feel good factor], and undergo x5 sessions with Danny. Danny introduced himself and explained areas he could help me with and sent me a programme 'habit hero' which really engaged me as I progressed through it. I also discussed some fears I had and how I felt my self esteem was at a low ebb. Without going in to too much detail Danny went through some exercises with me which looked at childhood experiences and how I have/hadn't dealt with them, however through visualisation techniques I discovered ways of dealing with these negative responses and although it touched on sensitive feelings the result[s] is amazing. I have attempted to install tiny habits on a daily basis, to achieve success in a hobby of mine and celebrated my continued habit of attending the gym. I have undertaken a class in meditation and hopefully by overcoming my fear / embarrassment of public places will be attending dance lessons. I cannot believe how small worries in life are so disabling yet can be overcome in quite simplistic ways. thank you very much for opening doors to another chapter of life that I can look forward to ....... I will undoubtedly be back to review and enhance my opportunities that lie within this life. Colin

I'd had a number of sessions of counseling that had helped me identify past trauma that was effecting both my personal and professional life. As much as it was great to finally understand why I reacted and behaved the way I did, I just didn't have the tool set to address these issues. This is exactly what Danny gave me! I felt hopeless and utterly defeated before reaching out to Danny and I really didn't know what to expect. What I got was access to a whole new skill set that truly helped me rewire the way I reacted to both situations and people around me. The amount of stress and anguish this has removed from my day to day life is profound. At times, this was a tough process and Danny pushed me hard when he had to but it was always clear he had the experience and knowledge to know when this was required and when I had enough. I am very grateful for the sessions I had with Danny and hugely grateful to him.
