Phoned a guy in Port Talbot, he said about a week. Phoned Casec and he said come tomorrow. He fixed in in an hour! Highly recommended, great service and knew exactly what was wrong and what to do. If I have any future laptop issues I will be going back there.

Great service from this repair centre. They replaced a screen on a Galaxy S6 for me in March 24, after setting it up more recently I realised there was ‘ghost tapping’ affecting the screen. The shop told me to bring it in, after being unable to find what was causing the issue, they sourced another brand-new screen from their supplier, and replaced the screen again, free of charge! While I would have hoped for a no-charge response considering the short time frame, there were very relaxed about this whole thing making it a surprisingly great experience. I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend to anyone with any sort of computer or digital device issue. :o)
although i just needed my charging port cleaned the guy was really nice. he could’ve said it needs replacing but said it just needed a clean. taken a lot of stress off my shoulders.
